Mike from JBH Pools has always gone above and beyond. Part of maintaining a 5 star guest experience at our AirBnB is ensuring the pool is always crystal clear and chemically balanced. For 2 years now not only has Mike done that, but he’s helped troubleshoot small issues that would’ve been a big problem to gusts (heater setting, pump speeds, etc…) I highly recommend Mike!

these guys are the best on the island. they have saved guests experiences multiple times and have come to fix the pool between stays or even during a stay. they service my pool at one property and a hot tub at another. fast service is hard to find on the island and these guys do a great job .

He is able to handle last-minute requests, communicates clearly, and stays proactive throughout the process. We hired JBH for a major project that included draining and refilling the pool, as well as replacing pumps and filters, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. One thing I want to point out is that Michael is easy to reach and talk to. If you’ve worked with contractors before, you know how rare it is to find someone who answers calls, acts quickly, and delivers exactly what they promise. Their pricing is also very fair. I highly recommend JBH Pool for both pool and hot tub services.

JBH Pool is the most reliable pool service company I’ve ever worked with. I pointed out a leaking chlorinator through text message and 2 hours later they were at my house repairing it. Based on my experience with my previous pool cleaners I expected it to take a few days to a week to get fixed. Boy was I wrong. It was literally 2 hours. Unbelievable!

JBH Pool is top-notch! Their team is professional, reliable, and truly knows pools. They offered a free water test and equipment inspection, which was super helpful. Now, my pool has never looked better! Highly recommend their monthly maintenance service for your pool needs!
